The proposal will deliver an iconic design providing a landmark net zero-carbon ready building incorporating a range of other sustainability measures including BREEAM ‘Excellent’, an EPC ‘A’ rating and WiredScore minimum Gold rating.  Sustainability and wellbeing is at the forefront of the design as well as ensuring a high quality design that respects and enhances its setting.

The proposal will incorporate an element of retail space on the ground floor of the development, alongside a reception space. Nine floors of office space will be created above, which would be stepped back at the rear of the building, as height increases.

The development aims to assist Sheffield City Council meet its carbon-neutral targets by creating office space with sustainability at the core. 39 Charles + Norfolk St will incorporate modern features befitting of high-end offices, such as expansive natural daylight, sustainability and wellbeing features and balcony terraces with spectacular views of nearby listed buildings and the Peace Gardens.
